UVA Mail Services has resumed normal operating hours.

Upon reopening, UVA Mail Services will continue to make regularly scheduled deliveries to departments where access is granted.  Please schedule accordingly with your mail carrier or call mail services at 924-2048 to coordinate. 

Should a respective mail stop be closed or inaccessible, mail will be returned to the mail depot and held until the next scheduled delivery.  If your department will not have any staff onsite to retrieve flat mail and/or parcels, please contact mail services at 924-2048 to have your mail held at 1101 Millmont Street and to schedule weekly pickups. Someone from the department may come by the mail depot to retrieve the mail. Please be prepared to show proper identification and provide a signature for pickup. Pick-up times will be from 11am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
